TEAM FEE:

$3,900 paid in full by cash or check. Make check payable to "RMPD" and submit to West Meadows Ice Arena attention Patti Lowth.
$4,038.50 ($3,900 + $138.50 service charge) paid in full online by credit card. Credit card payments made through Sports Engine.
